Little Rumba
Veteran local band Little Rumba will be helping to get our Retro Fair off to a swing. They will be playing from 12noon, and should not be missed!

Mortimer Country Food Fair  Goes 'Back to the Future' in 2012

In 2012 the Mortimer Country Food Fair has a  distinctly retro twist to the demonstrations and activities, with a greatly increased programme of activities  and even more stalls to enjoy. Entry for adults will be £2 to reflect the larger size of the fair, but under 16's will continue to enjoy free entry, and parking will also continue to be free of charge. Overall we believe we remain one of the best value events on the calendar, and we hope that if you have not been to the fair before you will take the opportunity to visit this year!

For the first time the fair will continue into the early evening , when visitors will be able to watch a food related film courtesy of Flicks in the Sticks, enjoy a retro fashion show organised by Pepper Lane Vintage of Ludlow, and enjoy even more live music. Needless to say there will be no shortage of local foods, beers and ciders.

Also new for 2012 will be a greatly enhanced emphasis on children, and the opening of the BookBurrow -  Aardvark Book's new book and play space - enables us to increase the range of activities for kids so that there will now be something on offer for children of all ages,

Mortimer Country Food Fair 2012 will be held on Saturday 14th of July 2012. If you would like to exhibit at the fair please visit the exhibitor page as soon as possible. Space is already filling up so get your pre-application in early.
