Exhibitor

In 2011 we reached our site capacity and have therefore decided to add new space to allow for additional stands and also a new seating area. We therefore will have room for approximately 60 stands, although many of these places have already been allocated to previous exhibitors or those who have already expressed an interest in exhibiting. If you have not exhibited before please contact Carolyn Chesshire as soon as possible ( carolyn@lowerbuckton.co.uk ) .

Charges for stands selling produce to take away in 2012 start at just £30. Additional  charges apply for the provision of electricity, and  stalls selling food and drink to consume at the fair will be charged more.

Forms have been sent out in February.  If you have not received yours please contact us without delay. Replies are now arriving in numbers, so if
you have not yet returned your form please do so as soon as possible, as we are building up a reserve list in several categories and would like to let them know if we are able to accommodate them.
