Mortimer Country Food Fair Accounts

Mortimer Country Food Fair is run as an unincorporated association between Carolyn Chesshire and Aardvark Books Ltd ( who act as guarantors for all expenditure ).

We have now collected all invoices and moneys owed. The Total moneys raised from Exhibitors and visitors was £2,267, and our total expenditure was £2,467. The difference of £200 was paid by Aardvark Books Ltd. The largest single item of expenditure for the 2011 fair was the materials and appliances for the Precious Earth Kitchen. This was constructed and fitted by Precious Earth without Charge.

The organisers donate all their time free of charge to the event, as do many of those who provide services to the fair such as Precious Earth, Tin Can Design ( designers of the fair's logo ) and Cerco Communications who carry out press and publicity on behalf of the fair. Aardvark Books have donated the cost of all leaflet production and local advertising.
