Precious Earth Kitchen        

For 2011 in addition to be an exhibitor Precious Earth of Knighton ( formerly of Ludlow ) have built a purpose built demonstration kitchen for the Mortimer Country Food Fair. In the past we have either borrowed kitchens, or else improvised, but with the growth of the fair the time has come for us to have a properly designed area for chefs to use.

With their experience of having provided kitchens for the Ludlow Food Fair, and given that they are now located only a few miles from Brampton Bryan in Knighton they were the obvious company to ask. Very kindly they have donated all their labour to the fair, and we are very grateful to them for the input that they have put in to improving the fair for stallholders and exhibitors.
